... restructure faerie music library . oops !
now , genre in this library is more of ... musical mood , not so much literal genre of creation . morning music , summery music , faerie ring music .

so , complaints :

• genre imbalance . some genres have almost 300 tracks , while others have 30 or less .
• large genres in question can be inconsistent in tone , which sort of mess with experience of listen .
• file names inconsistent . want to make more consistent .

over 13 gb and almost 4000 total tracks . this ... might take some time .

It sounds like you should organize one genre at a time. Maybe break large ones into subgenres (e.g. Faerie Ring Music Fast, Fairie Ring Music Slow).

already on this , yep ! start out with " generic faerie " genre , which ... maybe seem redundant , but OK . this library is assortment of soundtracks , fantasy ambiences , and whatever else catch interest , which often do not even have faerie specific themes . so kossai call faerie library , but really just very big instrumental library .

… point is , that particular genre is mix between several faerie like moods - allure and call , lost in faerie realm , etc - and could not figure out how to split ... but then idea just hit , to split between near dreaming , far dreaming , and deep dreaming - as in from changeling the dreaming , where these describe different levels of faerie realms . :P

funnily , faerie ring is about 130 tracks , but able to keep pretty good consistency - speeds vary , but all fairly jaunty , easy to spin and dance around . good dance should have mix of speeds , anyway - even faeries can not be all energy all time !
random highlights : dzenpo from dark crystal age of resistance OST , taverne du nain by garnet cathedral , and y delyn newydd by welsh band tylwyth teg . :)
