kossaihave to say , in terms of grow up with paganism , do sort of envy structure in other religions . places of worship , communities , significant objects , prayers and phrases - kossai did not really know any of these . there is certain freedom , in that have choice from anything at all , but also loneliness and almost confusion . " can be anything which want " is wonderful , until not sure how to figure out what want .
much of what kossai live now is adaptation from home world , but even so , much which do not have means to recreate .
something which do help , at least , is when look to other external religions , and try to understand what resonate about certain ideas . as example , prayers before food resonate , plants and animals alike undergo stress if not death to give food , and people put in labour to harvest , ship , stock , and then prepare - so kossai give appreciation before any food . not just full meals - snacks and candies also . sweet nourishment of taste buds is just as important to appreciate as vital nourishment of body .
not to say one should lift and appropriate specific objects and representations , but , think there is room to observe what others do , try understand why , and figure out where these do or do not personally resonate . might look similar to something which others already do , or possibly might not .
