many of these questions do not quite work for kossai , but ... questions is questions .

preface : 

• kossai is plural , but have collective " body OS " identity in form of eira . 
• no one in kossai identify with word of kin , and not collective identity either - really just faerie without any qualifiers .

What Mythology/Story/etc. is your Faeself from? What "kind" of Fae are you?
faeries from all over here , but many kith here do not have names in stories anywhere , so there is not just one answer . eira in specific is one such kind of faerie , no known kith name . 

What are your nonhuman features like?
again , everyone is different . but , pointy ears common , sharp teeth relatively common . some have wings , some do not . eira do have wings , and is quite short by human standards . so far not post pictures up here , but not hard to find dreamwidth .
as for beauty , faerie beauty is extremely diverse . so yes , all faeries beautiful - regardless of place in human standards .

Do you have a past life?
do have answers for this , but private . pass .

Do you work with any kind of Fae or Nature Spirit? 
this is ... well , kossai learn from and work with each other , for one - able to bilocate , from home world to out here .
and often meet faeries out in world . those do not really become full blown relationships , but yes . can not say all friendly , but not treat with human hostility , even in days before understand . 
this would not be true in all cases - highly depend on how much will read as faerie , or as human . this is also sometimes not necessarily benefit , if another faerie might expect some kind of knowledge or experience that is not easy to find among humans . 

Do you get Shifts? What are they like?
hard question . faerie is faerie is faerie , so even when not " act like " faerie ... well , still faerie . some shift kind of things can happen , but this is not so much one scale of less faerie to more faerie , as so much just tap into certain things , like wilder mindsets less appropriate for human society . 
still need work on tap into eira wings for example , struggle to feel very well ever since childhood cruelties say to shut out . but not explicitly need these things to feel secure in faeriehood , even if would really appreciate feel wings .

How did you realize you were Faekin?
always know plural , even if no one else could understand or relate . not everyone here always know self as faerie , but , generally have faerie experiences for whole life also . 

What do you do to get in touch with your Faeself?
again , not really ... work like that here ? not really need get in touch to feel faerie , just always is . so will answer this instead : how do kossai avoid bog down in human banalities ?
answer to that is , live as faerie as possible . everything which humans regard as mundane , is very often extraordinary in some way . not even forces of nature in this case , but like ... electricity . internet . agriculture , crafts , cultures , games , holidays . there is always something beautiful , something wondrous , to find in things which people gloss over .

and , while not explicitly need those shifts to truly know and feel selves as faeries , still very much good idea to allow some time and space where just let down human society masks and enjoy . remove need for words and communication , do not filter out and hide joyous laughs , get up and dance , do not judge for fantasies of steal someone to faerie realms or such . this kind of time is vital to maintenance of mask , release some of pressure .
