faerie changelings

kossaiis there signs to say that someone might be changeling or otherwise faerie without realise ? well , yes , but also ... in this day hesitate to say , because that is not answer for all cases of these signs .
some history ? while changelings did happen in history , also true that sometimes , changeling was way to explain sudden loss , change , or in general differences of children .
many of changeling signs would these days be some kind of diagnosis - some sign to look further medically and be especially careful , especially considerate .
in old days , possible that little tom wander out too far and faeries spirit away , to replace with much meaner little boy . also possible that little tom wander out too far and hit head , which result in traumatic brain injury that change personality .
and possible that faeries steal away newborn from crib to leave only enchantment in place , something that will quickly wither away and disappear . also possible that , simply , baby was deathly ill even before moment of birth .
for that reason ... not have plans on give people list of sure signs . not all faerie signs , but certainly good many , can have mundane reasons , and at times medical ones which need proper care . more important to look deeper into spirit and find feelings , not just list of possible signs . much harder work , but this will tell much , much more anyway .

this is not all possible reasons - sometimes safety come into play in some fashion , or sour deals between faeries , and would not doubt for some this is even punishment to faerie child - but that cover ones kossai know best .
