think about terms
Sep. 8th, 2025 10:45 amdo really believe in openness of terminology and frameworks , in terms of identity . find kind of hard to just simply sum up ideas on what make personhood plural and gender trans , but if have to , would probably say ...
plurality is umbrella for experiences with personhood and identity that do not solely fit bounds of one singular person with one singular mind .
trans is umbrella for experiences with gender that do not solely fit bounds of what society expect gender to be , whether through internal aspects , external presentation , or both .
both of these have frameworks for what " obvious standard " look like - whether that be classic understandings of MPD , or FTM/MTF - but think labels should be open to far wider reaches of experience as well , even if approaches , needs , and solutions different from others .
of course also not mandatory for everyone who might fit these experiences to adopt , especially if have other reasons and other labels that bring more comfort , but think fair enough for anyone who fit to find kinship and adopt if so choose .
