this new seasonal area , wandering carnival , is honestly favourite recent area . and oh yes ... kossai will have this plushie . right now only one is accessible through puzzle director's little area , and can not take back into nest - will need to actually buy from carnival guide for that , and that need to be available first . as is right now , some people will chase around until drop and then steal away ...
