thaliendir's horse now

for roleplay purposes , did decide that after martin's death , certainly thaliendir would take horse back to where belong . and did try to actually ride there - but guards say this was theft and blah blah blah pay fine , and tdetect did not stop this . so instead use setownership just to be able ride horse to weynon priory in peace .
but now , technically own horse , so will teleport when fast travel and stuff . oops .
