so far still nothing too bad , just that throat pain , but sleep was really rough - end up with heartburn as well from poorly time last meal , so some kind of pain wake up every half hour from 2 am up to 6 am despite best efforts to stop both pains . so now headache from lack of sleep ...

fortunately , greek yoghurt and honey . :)
( tip : pair with apple slices for truly faerie experience . kossai is just not in mood to slice up apple right now , or else would do this . )

I’m not necessarily a yogurt fan but I would love to have a faerie experience- putting in the back of my mind to try out someday
