bill plush is here !
one small complaint is that arms actually sew down onto body , which is sad . really prefer plush have free arms , even if silly and floppy . that is whole appeal in plush ! not sure how to detach , kind of worry would ruin .
but regardless , time to squish :3

Sometimes a limb is produced free and then tacked down with just a few stitches. If this is the case, you should see several points of attachment with gaps between them. You could probably stick a finger all the way under the limb. It is usually easy to release such attachments by using a seam ripper -- carefully! -- to cut just those threads.
Sometimes a limb is complete but sewn down very thoroughly. If this is the case, you will be able to get your fingers under the side edges but not all the way through, and a line of body fabric will rise up as you tug the limb higher. This seam can also be released with a seam ripper, but is more challenging to do, and you need to make sure there is not an integrated body seam under the arm seam that could unravel.
Other times, a limb is not complete but is just a ridge sewn on top of the body. If this is the case, then you won't be able to get your fingers under any part of the limb that is attached. This is not easy to change and is usually best left alone.

unfortunately , tack down really well , and potentially integrate with brick stitches , really can not tell either way . brick stitches almost certainly just decorative , but also very close to front bottom seam . very hard to get hold of anything in this area , and even if could , lack any kind of gold thread to repair . :(
