religious communities in games just ... make kossai feel so many things . especially because latch onto sheogorath , sheogorathean communities and roleplay of sheogorath worship just ... mwah .
wish could have statues , shrines , buildings , external community and structure . unfortunately not really any way to happen ... not on that scale , and sometimes really sad about that .

sometimes everyone just want to throw self at foot of statue , right ? not just kossai ?
personal shrines can exist in home , sure , but … not same .
