about implicit association tests

just do some implicit association tests , out of curiosity to see what still might have in head ...
basically if never see before , test will have 4 groups - good things , bad things , and then specific to each test , 2 groups of people . like hispanic american names and european american names , or asian american and european american faces .
then press buttons as instructions say - like bad and asian american go to one button , then good and european american , until tests reverse this .
idea is that people will have easier time press buttons when line up with biases , so " good and european american " is easier than " bad and european american " , and so is inverse for other group within test .
...
do have small problem though , not actually agree with how all of things classify as good or bad . so come away from tests with slight bias against european americans , but actually stumble on categorise things like rotten and grief . rot is important and even beautiful ! feelings all important !
so have to wonder how much that change outcomes here , that genuinely think some of these " bad " things good .
of course not something that want spend time panic over as if online test can prove actual actions , but just slightly annoy grumble .
in some way find sort of ... sad-funny that these tests about attitudes toward race and culture ... sort of assume everyone have similar culture and feelings towards :
- grief and anger
- rot and rotten things
- ugliness as concept
which ...
... is kossai just odd ones out here ?
feelings important and good , even ones that hurt to go through . not justify all outward reactions and attitudes to other people , but not as if wrong to be angry or to grieve .
rot and rotten things good , allow life ! should not touch and eat , sure , but not make bad . should not touch sun , either , but not bad .
and ugly ... really try not even have concept of ugly in mind .
think better solution would be to allow test taker choose what traits good and bad , or else somehow personalise .
of course less suitable for quick online tests , but really , even " universal " agreements usually not universal . can find people out there who think compassion and kindness is bad , just as people like kossai who think grief and anger is good .
