random daily update

not fun body day today . have shower like usual , but end up very very tired - and in wrong clothes from miscommunication , so that take more movement and energy to correct . now feel like spine is just eager to snap into pieces .
shower assistance do help to hurt much less , and very lucky to have , but some days will just hurt no matter what ...

hopefully at least will get hands on some very , very fun things tomorrow .
after fucking bloodwork . damn blood thieves .
