dilemma

just think about maze game project again and ... ugh . really can not shake feeling that even if did finish , people would turn away because improper english and all .

like - one thing to have help and correction on website project where more or less just need to write each piece once . different for things like social media and even games where there is just ... more that is subject to change , and much quicker at that .
if would then have to go through everything again and again to give that polish , would never get done - would probably not even have quarter of what actually manage this way .

but ... also know how viciously people can disrespect . one thing if game is very short , five minutes , one minute , easy to shrug and turn away . but another if build for people to get lost in and still find fun things .
just ... hard to know what to do . want to make more and say actually finish , but worry ...

as seasons change

seasonal problems start to kick in ... as soon as things start to get autumnal , mood and energy absolutely plummet . eira is summer faerie at heart and so tend to really struggle when wind down ... yes , really do prefer to swelter and boil over even mildly cold weather , let alone depths of winter .

cold weather make pain that much worse , too , so even crafts and other hobbies can get very difficult , which leave with perpetual cycle to feed self - can not feel better mentally without some kind of activity , but can not do activity until feel better physically .

something to uh ... something to say here , gravity falls box set ? ( this is funny when look down at entry emote . )
joke aside , this one actually annoy . like , funny and in some way thematic , but have to just take this as is because need captions . can not abandon physical media with captions for something digital without , even if that physical media happen to contain broken scenes .

will actually probably cry if any bill episodes get like this .

one ability which might miss here is reblog - or rechost , if so prefer . nothing is quite like that here , but these ideas might help .

1. copy-paste and host on personal journal .
but whoa there , stop and hold on ! yeah , do not do this without clear and explicit permission . if something is behind access filter , then journal owner want this to stay there , clearly .
worth mention this is also not necessarily common behaviour - tend to be exception , not norm .
but say permission acquire , OK .
this will be of course , any other normal entry on page . will show on reading pages unless explicitly turn off , have ability to tag to personal conventions , so on and so forth .
there is side effect that this content will not disappear even if original journal owner do - that might be nice if some tragic digital accident wipe account , but become thorn in side if actually want to delete .

so is there another way ? well .

2. make entry with link to original post .
again , if something is behind access filter , then journal owner want this to stay there - but at least in this case , post would still be behind lock . still , probably ask to do this if post is not already in public eye .
one benefit is this give more opportunity to contribute thoughts and comments as part of share - after all , want people to click link , right ? so should probably explain why like so much !
again , this have same benefits of any other normal journal entry .

and something else , too :

3. memories .
memories feature is nice . there is more limit on tags here , so probably will not have full hierarchy . these also will not show up in reading pages of followers .
however , these might be easier to browse , as will almost certainly have shorter list of tags than full journal . and while memory tags have certain limits , titles can contain information too .

unfortunately there is no way to directly give long form comments on memories , but this lead nicely into ...

4. combination strategy !
memories do not just apply to posts from other journals . can choose to make memories from personal posts , and as well from posts that generate in RSS feed accounts .
( important caveat : RSS feed posts will eventually expire - so this choice is not great for longevity , but might work if expect will only need memory temporarily , such as event announcement from off-site . hat tip to tropicsbear ! )

that in mind , might choose to share video or article link as regular journal post , with unique tag like " gallery " so people can easily view - or even split into hierarchy to get more specific .
but if that piece really stand out , and want people to definitely see this , could choose to put post in memories . this way , someone would not need to go through whole tag list to find correct tag , and then look through tag to find that specific piece .
memories can be smaller , more specific list of curations , in essence !

none of this is really perfect standin replacement , but , hope these things might help . :)

there is really no other explanation for this .

find episode which seem entirely broken on disc 3 . bottomless pit just repetitively cut and jump - stan and mabel stories both completely broken , and so was part of soos . 

so far there is at least one episode with something wrong on all of discs which play , this is just worst one . 
not happy about this . like to say deal and all but this set was still kind of expensive overall . frustrate and upset , feel like kossai get saddle with all of reject discs . 

maybe get here so quickly because person was glad to be rid .

at this point start to think this set is :
straight from reject bin ,
intentional scam ,
or just really shitty home print .
now that take time to compare with product pictures , this case is not right . with sudden resurgence of gravity falls , 2 and 3 both seem possible .

one glitch ? kind of funny , just cross fingers .
two glitches , across two different discs ? start to get suspect .
three glitches , across three different discs - something is definitely wrong .

test between DVD player and computer - multiple pieces of software on computer , too .
same parts consistently broken . different software handle differently : some just force quit , others try to continue despite everything and just pull old data .

still not test all discs , or all episodes on all discs .
bottomless pit is , so far , in absolute worst condition . after that mess , skip ahead to check and preemptively save heartbreak - dreamscaperers is also at least partially broken . did not get further than that because so immediately frustrate that just , give up .

fucking hate try to shop online . absolute bullshit .
