think about idea of " harmless / non-radqueer trans-IDs " again , especially as someone try argue against kossai dislike of these labels , and why that is ... honestly misguide .
some folks claim to make effort to divorce trans-IDs from original radqueer contexts and ideas , but honestly not really do that . under trans-ID umbrella , trans means any of these , often in combination :

• to physically transition X trait into Y trait , or desire physical transition of X trait into logistically impossible Y trait
• to exist as person with X trait who desire Y trait
• to affirm dysphoria over X trait / desire for Y trait to other people , as if dysphoria / desire is not valid without trans label
• to validate dysphoria in general , without examination of possible societal causes

that is , frankly , same use as radqueers . main difference between radqueer and non-radqueer is that non-radqueer reject , specifically :

• trans-race
• trans-disability
• trans-age
• trans-harmful ( to identify as abuser , bigot , etc. - feeling that one should be cruel to others in these ways )
• trans-harmed ( to identify as abused , subject of bigotry , etc. - these can come from repressed traumas , romanticisation of stories of others' trauma , or from sad notion that trauma was not " bad enough " to deserve support )

still acceptable label umbrellas include :

• trans-appearance / trans-body traits
• trans-personality ( same post as above )
• trans-plural ( plural is framework , realistically - there is no need to identify as trans-plural , can simply identify and explore life as plural already )
• trans-otherkin ( similar to trans-plural - not as in transspecies , which long predate radqueer terminology )
• trans-magical abilities ( can not think of another way to word this - things that will likely never be possible , such as ability to be unphotographable or to shapeshift )

so in all honesty trans-ID communities , especially radqueer ones , still do harm people . though would hope to see pushback , there is fair amount of people who would argue trans-skinny is entirely valid label , as is desire to " transition away " from large nose , glasses use , or otherwise .

to identify with atypical dysphoria or desire of trait is enough reason to label as trans , and in some cases lead to continually reaffirm and return to dysphoria . again , some of these things may not even be physically achievable , or come from societal factors first where there will always be something else to change . when impossible standard is entire goal for transition , even if recognise that transition as impossible , that can fester as dissatisfaction and worsen dysphoria .

want to be clear - atypical desires and dysphorias not wrong to have , and not wrong to express . but ultimately not feel at point in time in which anyone can just branch away and reclaim trans-ID labels for these experiences , when these labels come with radqueer-inherent flaws to begin with that users of these labels tend not to examine , much like thoughts on headmate builders .
to get away from harm of radqueer communities and ideas take more work than to simply announce as anti-radqueer , and kossai is simply not comfortable with those who feel start and end at " trans-ID is just another word like anything else , do not blame bad apples " .
